Workforce Evolved is a nonprofit organization focused on building and managing workforce ecosystems that align employers, funding, and training. Through strategic partnerships, Workforce Evolved ensures programs are designed around real industry demand and measurable outcomes.

Workforce Evolved leads employer engagement, partnership alignment, and program strategy. Learning Alliance Corporation (LAC) delivers all technical training and apprenticeship programs, ensuring full execution from enrollment through completion.

This model ensures workforce programs are not just funded, but fully operational and outcome-driven.

Grant Portfolio

A portfolio of strategic workforce initiatives funded through state and federal programs, supporting training, apprenticeships, and career pathways in high-demand industries.

  1. $2.9M – Texas Broadband Development Office (BDO)

    Comprehensive workforce initiative supporting broadband expansion, including fiber and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) training. Program designed to serve 1,004 participants, including 500 registered apprentices, through structured training and apprenticeship pathways aligned with employer demand.

  2. $1.1M – Skills Development Fund (SDF) | Texas Workforce Commission

    Employer-driven programs delivering training and apprenticeship opportunities across fiber, wireless, wireline, and construction craft labor roles.

  3. $1.8M – Veterans Workforce Training Programs

    Programs focused on transitioning veterans into the workforce through customized training solutions, including upskilling based on employer needs and participant experience.

  4. $1.3M – State Workforce Development Funding (Multi-State)

    Workforce initiatives delivered across Texas, Florida, Colorado, Montana, and New Jersey, supporting Project Management Professional (PMP) and technical training in telecommunications, construction, and electrical sectors through fully customized in-person and online delivery.

  5. $270K – Upskill Texas Program

    Targeted workforce training initiative focused on rapid upskilling and job placement within high-demand telecommunications roles.
